In this portrait, I portrayed Sammy, a sweet Chihuahua from South Carolina, in an endearing pose.  His mom loves Sammy and wanted to commission his portrait to match Cane’s portrait, her other dog.   I used this close up composition to capture the closeness between Sammy and his mom.  This is a pose that we both fell in love with and agreed upon for his portrait.
