Tula, the finished work. I think this painting is especially endearing. It must me the warmth of Tula’s eyes. The yellow background really showcases the warm browns in Tula’s fur. This is a great piece. I cannot wait for her owner to see it in person. See the work in progress…

This portrait is the very first stage of work on Tula’s portrait. Now a full grown Doberman, this is a picture of Tula as a puppy. She has the dreamiest eyes. I am continuing the work on this painting today. Its a rainy day, perfect for studio time.
